WIFI password changes after making change on latest IPhone Ruckus app

We are using the latest Ruckus IPhone app. When we make a change to the WIFI Network settings through the app, it will change the WIFI password.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I believe you are using Ruckus unleashed mobile app. Could you please confirm the below details-

1) Ruckus unleashed AP model and firmware version

2) iOS version

3) Could you please try to uninstall the app and re-install it.

4) Is this issue only with the one iPhone or other iPhone as well ?

5) Please check if the issue is same on the android mobile app as well.

6) Please confirm which WiFi network settings you are trying to change via mobile app ?
