    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an existing unleashed network with 6 Ruckus R510 access points.&amp;nbsp; I recently purchased an additional R510. I connected it directly to a switch on my network. It powered up, the CTL light flashed quickly for a few minutes and then became solid green.&amp;nbsp; The power light is flashing green.&amp;nbsp; No other lights are lighting up, and the new device is not showing up on my Ruckus admin page.&amp;nbsp; I've gone through this before and been able to add other APs, but for some reason it's not working this time.&amp;nbsp; I figure I must have forgotten a step.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions for solving this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4842"&gt;@rich47&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please make sure the below steps are taken care:&lt;BR /&gt;1. AP is in standalone version like 110.x or 114.x or on Unleashed version.&lt;BR /&gt;2. AP has reachability to the Master IP, you can ping the Master IP from AP CLI.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Make sure that the new AP has configured with the proper IP address along with the Gateway IP address. Make sure the Gateway IP is pingable from AP CLI.&lt;BR /&gt;4. If still not coming up then try to set the Master IP on the new AP from CLI using the command "set director master IP"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
