Instable WIFI connections with Android devices

We have 3 R500 Unleashed. Running 200.5.10.0.283.

We suffer from very unstable WIFI connections from Android devices. The devices range from Samsung Tab S2, S7 Edge, Moto 4G, HTC U11 life.

When I download the logcat from a device and filter on wpa_suppliment I see the following message ‘wpa_supplicant: wlan0: CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED bssid=xxxxx reason=6.’ It is always reason 6.

Hi Peter,

You might need Tech Support to analyze your entire wireless environment, number of clients, what encryption
and security on your WLANs, activity on an affected AP at the time, etc. but the wifi reason code 6 appears to be
"class 2 frame received from non-authentication STA", per KBA-4263.
