Ruckus Unleash Admin field is blank

Hello, upon accessing the Ruckus unleashed dashboard, the admin panel is blank.

Already tried restarting the master AP and tried opening from different browsers like IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

Please help on this. Thank you!

Please try in different system with Mozilla Firefox browser and check behavior. May be other browsers might not work properly but Firefox should fix the issue.

Issue could be related to system specific. Please try and let us know the behavior.

Thank you for the quick response. Upon tryin accessing it in Firefox, the issue still persist. 😞

As shown in the screenshot, I already collapsed the admin panel using firefox browser.

Please try to upgrade the unleashed to latest version VIA CLI of the AP and check behavior.

Have you tried to make another AP as master and checked the behavior ?

May i know the current firmware version of the AP.

Not sure if this works, but can you try this : Once you expand the Admin & Services tab press CTRL - (Minus) and check. This way the browser resolution will reduce.

BTW, what is the current firmware version on the AP?

How do I get the firmware version of the AP? Should I check the version from the Master AP?

Hi @pcit
From the GUI you can get it from the Access Points >> Select the AP >> Click on Show Ap Info.
You can also check from the CLI using the command
show version \ show sysinfo
