    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18090"&gt;@freddyv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please tried to do the hard-reset on the AP and changed the power source and cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also connect any other working AP&amp;nbsp; with the POE cable and check if it is getting power on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have valid support contract for the AP serial number you can open a RMA case from the ruckus support website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>router stopped working after power outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a power outage and now my router stopped working, non of the access points are getting power I can't even connect to them via the unleash software.&amp;nbsp; How can we now get support to have the device replaced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
