R650 shows stead power, CTL flashing - nothing else?

Hello,

I have an R650 (I got used). Usually I just reset them to factory defaults, flash them then configure them. This one powers up with the power light, the CTL flashes slowly and the rest of the lights remain off. I've tried pressing the power button for 7 seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds and even 30 seconds but it doesn't seem to reset even though it does reboot.

It isn't getting a DHCP address.

Other than returning it - any suggestions?

I'm not sure but after about 8 resets, it finally got an IP and I was able to flash it.

Hi @bdillard

Based on the colors lights, since the CTL was blinking slowly, it looks like it was having trouble connecting to the Master AP.

Thanks - I ended up having to reset it many many times but eventuall it got an IP and I was able to flash it.
