I found that I have the below error when I was installing the Unleashed Multi-Site Manager on CentOS6.

./support_files/GetApachePid.sh: ./support_files/GetApachePid.sh: Input/Output error
./support_files/GetFMTomcatPid.sh: ./support_files/GetFMTomcatPid.sh: Input/Output error
./support_files/GetFMMySQLPid.sh: ./support_files/GetFMMySQLPid.sh: Input/Output error

CentOS 6.6 and 64bit.
I installed Ruckus FlexMaster before.

1. use your root account or account with sudo permissions. Since you had installed, I think it won't be the reason.

2. check disk
$ sudo badblocks -v /dev/sda10 > badsectors.txt

3. check if there is any error in /opt/UMM/install.log.

2. 0 bad blocks

I re-installed the centos 7 and it was ok.
