Device access policy on Ruckus Unleashed R500 does not work !

I have Ruckus Unleashed R500 version 200.1.9.12.55, however I can not apply device access policy to block Android and IOS phones. I can create the policy but I can not apply it as it does not show up in the list. Does anyone have same issue ?

Try deleteing the ACL and create new from the Admin&Services>Access Control tab instead of directly creating new from the WLAN advanced settings. I had a similar problem.

I am on 200.1.9.12.62. Delete your ACL and create a new one. After clicking "ok", log out of the dashboard and log back in. I can recreate the ACL not showing up immediately after creating it, but after logging out and in it is there.
