Some items relating to v200.8.10 - "Test Authentication..." and Syslog Messages

Despite radius authentication working for users, the GUI based test for Radius Authentication does not work.

Despite mesh being disabled (not used), there are an excessive number of syslog messages that appear to pertain to mesh/mesh related functions. Examples:

This line appears *twice* every 30 seconds, for each AP:
daemon : notice : meshd[12277]: send_controller_config line: 96 Controller connecting error, errno: 2 No such file or directory

This line appears once, every 15 seconds, for each AP:
local1 : notice : rfmd[546]: mshnger_open: connect failed -1 2

Is there a way to disable these noisy/unnecessary messages?

Hi There,

GUI based test for Radius Authentication may fail as it needs Unencrypted authentication method type (refer screenshot below) enabled in Radius policy (example given here is for MS NPS server).

Try enabling it and test again.

Any thoughts on all the syslog messages pertaining to "mesh" - which is not utilized in my deployment?
