R610 and T310c Unleashed Firmware

Could someone please give me some assistance, I'm having terrible trouble trying to update the firmware on a R610 and a T310c.
I'm trying to update them via the local option, but cannot get the firmware download to start from the webpage, I just get a load of random text every time. Does anyone have a link that would work? Or could someone possible email me both sets of firmware?

Hi Matt,

Please use another browser apart from IE that should let you download firmware from support site.

I was able to successfully download the firmware using below link, please use the one below on a browser except IE.
