&lt;P&gt;Can you please confirm your ZD model and if it is on latest code of controller. Further such issue would require packet capture on WiFi side hence I would suggest to open a case with us to track the details over a dedicated case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Connected to wifi but no internet for Tablet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tablet does not with with ruckus wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a school with ZD and many APs. Works fine in other schools on system such as meraki.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tablet updated. Also provided static details but made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What could be preventing this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
