Hi,
I have FCX6485 version 08.0.30sT7f3
I want to create a new vlan without assigning port
In Cisco
Switch(config)# vlan 20
Switch(config-vlan)# name vlan20

Can I do the same in Ruckus switch

According to the document, you can create vlan without any port assignment.

Vlan 20 name "Placeholder"

Out of curiosity, what is your use case for this? Are you just using the empty VLAN for documentation purposes until ports are added later?

New vlan 11 won't exist

I am creating new empty vlan just for allocation.
