topic Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P not working in ICX Switches

The back of my Ruckus panel “SYST” light cycles through green and amber. It’s stuck in boot mode. I have tried the reset procedure several times and it doesn’t fix the problem. Some digging in ChatGPT said that it needs a firmware update but Ruckus doesn’t send technicians nor does it offer phone support. I’m not sure what to do. Does anyone know if this is under warranty? I bought my new Lennar house in 2019 and up until now things have worked.
