    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have several devices that are not able to get PoE from switches with model &lt;STRONG&gt;ICX7150-48ZP&lt;/STRONG&gt;. However, when I connect these same devices to an &lt;STRONG&gt;ICX7550-24P&lt;/STRONG&gt; They are able to draw power and work normally.&lt;BR /&gt;These devices are B578 Edge Routers PN 201-104-P00-SB0, they are listed to be class 2 PoE devices, and I already tried limiting the power delivery on the port by both class and Watts to no avail.&lt;BR /&gt;Other devices such as APs are having no issues getting PoE.&lt;BR /&gt;Used power on all switches is well below the allocated.&lt;BR /&gt;The 7150 Ruckus switches are currently running version &lt;STRONG&gt;SPS08095k&lt;/STRONG&gt; and the 7550 is running version &lt;STRONG&gt;GZS08095g&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm running out of ideas, any advice would be helpful&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The switch itself is reporting okay. I can see an underload condition reported.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;underload state — The PD consumed less power than the minimum limit specified in the 802.3af standard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The two models in question can have different poe solutions under the hood. Are you using the same exact device/cable for your test? The switch simply seems to think the device is not drawing enough power to be valid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My assumption would be no unless you can somehow force the end device to pull more power. What does it pull while on the 7550? If you strongly believe the device *is* behaving within the 802.3 spec, then I would advise to open a case and it can be formally investigated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All I know about those devices according to their manual is that the&amp;nbsp;B578 is an IEEE 802.3af compliant Powered Device (PD) interface with a current modeswitching regulator. The B578 is an IEEE class 2 device. If the B578 exceeds its IEEE 802.3af class-2 power rating (i.e., draws more than 7W), the PoE switch in the network will shut down the power and Ethernet connectivity to the B578.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://prod-edam.honeywell.com/content/dam/honeywell-edam/hbt/en-us/documents/literature-and-specs/datasheets/hbt-bms-ETB103-B578-Overview.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;hbt-bms-ETB103-B578-Overview.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Don't know why the ICX7150 model specifically is getting that error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will check how much watts are being drawn from the 7550 and inform back. I tried opening a formal case but support stated that the device doesn't have a support license.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a tough spot to be in. We do occasionally see devices that are supposed to be compliant act up. The problem is we would need a replication in house to actually dig in to it. Without that, we can really only go off what the CLI is telling us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
