ICX 7250 FIPS Firmware Sig Setup Issues

Aloha,

This is our first time testing Ruckus products, and we've encountered an issue while configuring FIPS mode. I believe that the SIG files were not copied to the switch during the 09.0.10j_cd8 update. I'm now experiencing a boot loop, and haven't yet managed to resolve it. Attempted TFTP image transfer from the bootloader, and mounting the files from a USB with the manifest file, no luck.

If there is a technical guide for recovery in this scenario that I've overlooked, please direct me to it. From my understanding, this switch was not purchased new/through an authorized channel, so I do not believe it has any warranty or technical support coverage.
