issue with authetication 8021x on switch icx7150

Hi team,

I had a issue with switch icx7150-24 with firmware 8095nufi. When i connect a device in a port witch authentication 802.1x dynamic vlan, in the los appear Apr 3 14:56:17:A:MAC Authentication failed for [5081.40e1.feba 4092] on port 1/1/21 (Error: Received ACCESS-REJECT ). When i reviw the logs on radius, the problem is (18828) pap: ERROR: Cleartext password does not match "known good" password, as if the username and password were incorrect.

Do you have any idea how to solve the problem? I've already updated it twice and it's still the same. I previously had version 8095r, which is recommended on the page.
