Had FI-270020 (as known issue) resovled for ICX?

Hi Ruckus Team.

Our customers have been using ICX 7150 and 7450 as L2 POE with ver. 09.0.10e since early 2023.

However, when the power is disconnected and reconnected or the switch is rebooted, the switch is stuck in boot mode or OS> prompt, and the switch cannot be used anymore.

When the problem occurred, we updated to 09.0.10j_cd1 or cd2 version.

Many of these terrible problems occur, and customers are quite dissatisfied.

When we checked the latest release notes of 09.0.10J_cdX, there is information about FI-270020 in the known issues, and it matches the symptoms we are experiencing.

Q, Has the FI-270020 symptom been resolved?
Because there is no information about FI-270020 in the resolved contents.

Hi Jeronimo,

Checking on the mentioned FI-270020, the same has been tended-to on the newer or the current releases.
Tracing the same, patch for this concern should be addressed on over an previous release of 9010 code image.
Hence on the current releases the same should be addressed.

According to you, this issue wasn't resolved in 09.0.10j_cdX either, and if it was resolved, it should have been mentioned in the latest release notes as a closed_issue. Is it right?

Hi Jeronimo,

The FI not being listed in the Release notes I would need to check on the same on what it would imply.
However based on the details that were looked into, it should be tended-to on the newer/recent revisions.
