Tengo el mismo problema al actualizar de una version que trae por de fabrica 8.010*** y lo actualice a esta

Versión FW

SPS09010j_cd2, para que sea compatible con ruckus ONE.

Si tienes alguna respuesta te lo agradeceria.

Hi jmora,

Do let us know a few details of the issue that you are facing.
Are you trying to update the switch to 9010j_cd2 ?
If yes, could you let us know the version the device is on ?

Based on that we can suggest the path, if the device is on a older code, then there would be a couple version to go through prior to getting on 9010j_cd2.

El switch tiene de fábria la version Versión 08.0.95kt211, Ya lo he reiniciado y ya no me marca la alerta.

No tengo idea si esto pasara mas adelante.

Hi jmora,

Apologies for the delay in reverting,
If the switch is running on 08095k, then from here update to 9010 should be possible.
As it would be a single step update from there.
However as the code version gets changed, the update may take longer close to 10 minutes on the first go.
After that any revisions on 9010 should be fairly faster.
