topic POE power supply issues? in ICX Switches

I recently rebooted an icx 7250 that was not powering any POE devices. POE seems to be turned on, but it wasn't detecting any devices and therefore wasn't powering them on. I tried an AP as well as a phone. Nothing. I noticed that there was a VOP error on one of the 6 V2R2 chips(?) when running 'sh inline power detail', but the rest were in a Good state. I ran the command through Ansible on all the switches and found that about 1/3 are showing either one or more of these VOP errors or a Recovered status. Can someone please explain to me what these are exactly and whether or not there is a fix or a way to force the detection of POE devices after a reboot in this state?

Hardware
Version
----------------
V2R2

Device HW version : 0:V2R2 1:V2R2 2:V2R2 3:V2R2 4:V2R2 5:V2R2
Device Temperature(deg-C) : 0:46 1:50 2:52 3:52 4:50 5:50
Device Status : 0:Good 1:VOP-Sev1 2:Good 3:VOP-Sev1 4:VOP-Sev1 5:VOP-Sev1
