It is not a valid port - Module ICX7600-4X10GF 4-port 40G Module

we are able to configure ports on this module. When we do "show int e 4/3/3" we get the error "It is not a valid port 4/3/3" so we are unable to see the details for that port. anyone else have this issue?

show modules
show logging | inc 4/3/3
show interface br
show stack

Could you please confirm if this setup includes a stack of four units? Additionally, could you let me know the switch model you are using with the module?
