Auto Switchover for Redundant Internet

I'm using ICX7450's as the head at each of my locations. I am looking at getting a redundant internet service to take over if our ISP goes down. Is there a way that the ICX can detect the incoming traffic going down and automatically switch over to a different port that the other ISP is configured on?

Could you help me with details about which version is the switch running on , you can check this by running "show version" in the switch switch CLI ?
Is the switch uplink a firewall which does routing ?
