What do the codes after the main SKU reference?

I'm looking to procure a second-hand Ruckus 7150-48ZP-E8X10GR. I see some with different codes following the SKU. Some ending with E8X10GR-RMT3 and others ending with E8X10GR2-A and some with nothing else, just E8X10GR. Can someone explain what the differences are between the different SKUs?

The A Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
