My ICX7150-C12P has been working flawlessly, and powering my CCTV around my premises. However, today, my cameras went offline as well as my APs, and my serial connected to the switch populates with Info: Device Key or Cert file is not available over and over, every 2 seconds. I tried reloading and using the webportal, to no avail. Please advise! Thank you

I understand that ICX7150-C12P is not working and you are geeting error Info: Device Key or Cert file is not available in
every 2 second.

I have a question for you here :

Are you able to run any commands while on console? Or this error is constant making it really difficult (or impossible) to type any commands on it?

If you are able to type any commands I would appreciate the following

show version
show flash
dm verify-device-certs

Mostly in this kind of error we would do RMA, While typing dm verify-device-certs if you get the below error:

Verifying TPM files ...
Failed: Check TCSD_PS Files

Hi,

I will try the commands you mentioned when I return to the property this afternoon. When I was trying to type on the console, it was a fight to get a command out before it was repopulated with the Device Key or the Cert file was not available over and over.
