Hi Everyone,

I need a little advice, what is the best way to update Core switch 7450 and IDF 7150 switches from version 08.0.61a to the recommended version 08.0.95m? What would be the steps with versions?

You will need to upgrade to 8080f (non UFI) first. Make sure you 'wr mem' once booted to 8080f. From there, you can upgrade to 8095m (UFI) directly.

I wasn't sure the best and safest way to do it, considering that the current version is very old.

Is there a rule to install Core 7450 first then IDF 7150 or first 7150 then 7450?

No problem. There is not a rule. It is really your personal preference.

Hi,

Well, not really. After upgrading to 95m, I'm just looking for why some phones picked up and some didn't even though they're on the same switch and they all take PoE. Although they are taking PoE ports are DOWN and the phones are not working.

Do you have any suggestion?
