ICX 7150-C12P Username and password Problems

For the life of me, I can not figure out how to get the username and password on my ICX 7150-C12P. I have tried to reset the password form the boot loader but I still don't know the username. I have tried sp-admin and super. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching us.

Could you please let me know if you have any information about firmware version which was running on the switch ?
Also was the switch password local to the switch or was it authenticated through a radius server ?

I have mentioned a link below to reset the password please run through it and check if you have already tried using the method mentioned in the link.

Once you have tried the above method mentioned in the link if the password is local to the switch then it will be wiped out and you can use below credential to login.

Username : super

Password: sp-admin
