We Need Ruckus help Regarding password Reset :

1.While the recover the forgot password device configuration should not erase.

First off a Happy new Year!!!
Hop you are doing Great.

No password recovery does not erase the configuration. Only the credentials are gone and you need to re create them.

Here are the instructions. I know it says ICX 7150, but they should be the same.

You MIGHT have to reload the switch after setting the replacement password for the password checks to work properly. I honestly cannot remember. It has been a while.

Some places block youtube. The videos are nice, but some organizations are strict.
