It is not. You must stack within the same model number.

Great, thank you @BenBeck ... I wish someone told before changing our order and sending 7150s instead of originally ordered 8200s...😡

Sorry to hear there was any confusion there. You can stack within the same model family (ex. fiber and copper 7150s together), but not between models. Hopefully nobody told you otherwise!
