    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had this problem and reading through this forum it said try and factory reset. I tried that and then all the lights flash amber and don’t stop. I have tried following the software recovery steps but don’t understand them. Is there any other way to get help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Rjeevan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greetings!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As per the images, seems like SYS light is amber that means that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the switch is stuck in boot mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. You need to access the switch via console and try to boot the primary or secondary partition like this: boot_primary or boot_secondary.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached a link below of a article which helps to understand on how to console to switch.
