Ruckus not working after power outage

When we have a power outage it usually takes a few minutes for the ruckus switch to get back online. We had a power outage about two hours ago and it’s still not turning back on. In the front of the box there is one green light marked pwr and in amber light on marked syst. I have tried unplugging it for 30 seconds but that isn’t helping. My wife and I both work from home and need our internet restored. The fact that I can’t call and talk to someone is extremely frustrating!

Could you please let us know if you are from Lennar Homes ?
What is the switch model you are having issue with ?
Could you please share a picture from the front panel of the switch ?
Do you have console access to the switch ?
