      <description>&lt;P&gt;Due to the power outage, the ICX-7150 switch entered a state commonly referred to as 'boot-mode,' rendering it unable to boot up properly. It's important to note that this doesn't necessarily mean the unit is broken or requires replacement in all cases.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1-For initial troubleshooting, please consider the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;a. Disconnect the ICX-7150 from the power outlet and then reconnect it.&lt;BR /&gt;b. Try pressing the reset button using a paperclip or a small stick. Follow these steps:&lt;BR /&gt;c. Remove power from the switch.&lt;BR /&gt;d. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.&lt;BR /&gt;f. Release the Reset button after all the system LEDs flash amber.
