IXC7450 Power Failure State

Is there any documentation or location within the 7450 configuration that I can view operational failure state. As some switches fail into an unsecure(open) state in the event of a power outage or external event, I am trying to verify that these come factory to fail securely or if that is something we must configure out of the box.
