FLS648 switch erased flash

Unfortunately, the primary and secondary flash of my switch are erased and it is not able to boot anymore.

BOOT INFO: primary does not exist

BOOT INFO: secondary does not exist

How can I recover the lost firmware?

Wow! FLS is a very old switch! I have not worked on one of those in years. If you are able to access bootmon, I believe the recovery via tftp server should look like this:

Reboot
Continuously tap 'b' from console connection to enter bootmon
Monitor>ip address <Switch IP Address>
Monitor>ip default-gateway <Gateway IP>
Monitor>boot system tftp <TFTP Server IP Address> <imagefilename.bin>

*once booted, you will need to do a normal tftp copy to flash via FastIron CLI
