hello..i already upgrade firmware ruckus..but manager port list keep appeared although i've already remove and save it ...when i reboot switch the command appeared again..pls help

Did you already try this:

conf t

no manager port-list 987

yup....already try.....and gone after type no manager port-list 987...do wr mem and reboot switch...after reboot...it appeared again...

Hi Wanji,

I just tried the below in lab on ICX 7550 switch running GZS08095h.bin and it worked for me.

ICX7550-24F Switch#sh run | i manager
manager registrar
manager port-list 987

ICX7550-24F Switch(config)#no manager port-list 987
SZ is not in disabled state so unable to configure

ICX7550-24F Switch(config)#sz disable
SZ Disable Initiated...
SZ Connection would be disconnected now if connected...

ICX7550-24F Switch(config)#no manager port-list 987
ICX7550-24F Switch(config)#end
ICX7550-24F Switch#sh run | i manager
manager disable
manager registrar

hi...already use this config...and the command is gone.....BUT AFTER REBOOT the command is back..pls help

Do you have a chance to do 'write memory' to save config changes before you reboot the device
