I just bought home and I have ruckus router here and I can’t use that if I have to use what I have to do

What is the switch model you are using ?

Ack and Thanks for reverting.

Use the below link to console to the switch and see if you have access to CLI.

Default User : super

Default password : sp-admin

Enter the above user and password if you see that there is a need to enter credentials which you will know when you try accessing switch using console and try to go to manager mode which will look like " Device# " to gain access to CLI of the switch.

Could you please let me know if tried to access the switch using console and did you run through the article shared before in one of the posts.

If you are unable to access the switch , would you be able to upload the error you are running into while trying to console in this post ?
