ICX 6450 HTTP response headers in 1997

Our vulnerability scanner is reporting that our ICX 6450 web admin page HTTP Response Date is not Synchronised.

Looking from browsers Dev tools, date looks like this:
Date: Sat, 21 Jun 1997 00:27:13 GMT

So year is 23 behind and time is not correct either.

NTP is in used and web admin shows correct date/time:
System Started At: 12:00:48 GMT+02 Wed Jun 10 2020
System Clock: Jun 12 10:14:36

We upgraded to latest software 08.0.30uT311 but this did not resolve our issue.

Do you have advice to this?
