      <title>Reset wireless password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have RUCKUS ICX7150-C12P-2X1G. Trying to re-set the password using&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/user/user_changepass.jsp" target="_blank"&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/user/user_changepass.jsp&lt;/A&gt;. But i get below error in the browser. Need support to reset the wireless name and password. My email : sathishtce@gmail.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;Request Error&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;H3&gt;Error logged at the server&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enable&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;EjsErrors&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to see errors in the browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sathish&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have an Access Point (AP) running unleashed, while you are connected to the unleashed network you can go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/user/user_changepass.jsp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/A&gt;, enter the username and password for the unleashed, and then go to WiFi networks &amp;gt;Edit &amp;gt; change the name and password &amp;gt; click apply in order to apply the changes. Are you seeing any issues or you are not able to access the Unleashed dashboard?&lt;BR /&gt;Also, have you tried to use a different browser to access it?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18500"&gt;@sathishtce&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sure, if you want to change the password for the switch here are the steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.commscope.com/en-US/bundle/icx7150-installguide/page/GUID-A07B7E0D-9FAD-49BC-95EA-79064FD97695.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://docs.commscope.com/en-US/bundle/icx7150-installguide/page/GUID-A07B7E0D-9FAD-49BC-95EA-79064FD97695.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start a CLI session over the serial interface to the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;RUCKUS ICX&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;device.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot the device.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;While the system is booting, before the initial system prompt appears, enter&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;b&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to enter the boot monitor mode.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Enter&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;no password&lt;/SPAN&gt;. (You cannot abbreviate this command.)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Enter&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;boot&lt;/SPAN&gt;.
