Reset wireless password

I have RUCKUS ICX7150-C12P-2X1G. Trying to re-set the password using https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/user/user_changepass.jsp. But i get below error in the browser. Need support to reset the wireless name and password. My email : sathishtce@gmail.com

Error logged at the server

Enable EjsErrors to see errors in the browser.

Thank you for using the forum.
I'm not quite understanding what you are trying to do. If you have an Access Point (AP) running unleashed, while you are connected to the unleashed network you can go to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com, enter the username and password for the unleashed, and then go to WiFi networks >Edit > change the name and password > click apply in order to apply the changes. Are you seeing any issues or you are not able to access the Unleashed dashboard?
Also, have you tried to use a different browser to access it? If you don't know the username and password for the unleashed dashboard you need to perform a factory reset on the AP, please let us know if you need instructions for the same.

Start a CLI session over the serial interface to the RUCKUS ICX device.
Reboot the device.
While the system is booting, before the initial system prompt appears, enter b to enter the boot monitor mode.
Enter no password. (You cannot abbreviate this command.)
Enter boot. This command causes the device to bypass the system password check.
After the console prompt reappears, assign a new password.

Please have a console connection to the switch, you need a USB type C cable and the Type C goes to the switch and the USB part goes to the laptop.
Also, please be aware that once you reload the switch all services are going to be down until the switch recovers.

you need a USB type C cable and the Type C connector goes to the switch and the USB part goes to the laptop. You can see more information here:
