ICX7250 - L3 Premium - Cannot upgrade via TFTP

Hello,

I am having troubles in upgrading my ICX7250 L3 premium via TFTP.
My ICX has two VRFs:

VRF VRF-VIDEO, default RD 10.100.255.1:15, Table ID 2

ve170 ve455

Number of Unicast Routes: 3

Total number of IPv4 unicast route for all non-default VRF is 11
Total number of IPv6 unicast route for all non-default VRF is 0

I don't use default VRF because I want to clearly define my VRFs. I usually manage my switches via ve255. So I taped these commands:

device(config)# ip tftp source-interface ve 255
device# copy tftp flash 10.7.20.32 SPR08095hufi.bin secondary

I got a timeout; it isn't a firewall problem because I upgraded other switches (same tftp server, tftp client member of the same LAN of interface ve255).

Could you help me please ?

From the problem description below are the details I could capture . Correct me if I am wrong.

ve255 is used for management purposes.
ve255 is part of VRF-DATA

I suppose you can take a working and non working switch and note on the below details. Let me know if this helped in identifying any difference.

Please check if you have reachability to ip 10.7.20.32 when you initiate a ping from the switch in question and working switch
Try checking the path it takes to reach the TFTP server using traceroute from both working and non working switches
Also note if there is any configuration difference related to your management ve255 only
In non working check if there also ve255 is used for TFTP updates
Also try to do a reachability test from the TFTP server and also note on number of hops it takes to reach the switch
Also check if there are firmware difference between both working and non working switch , there switch models.
Also check if TFTP server falls in same VRF or different VRF
