    <description>Do you have the full output of 'show inline power detail'? The POE firmware is still intact for unit 1, but I cannot see unit 2 there. You should still be able to open a case if you assume hardware even if you only have hardware support. With that said, if a power surge or something of that nature hurt the boxes, you may be forced to do an insurance claim. Were these on surge protectors or UPSs?</description>
