Switch ICX750 slow after power outage

Same problem as everyone else when the power goes out. Switch is making everything very slow to the point where nothing or barely works. I am not saavy enough to plug into the switch and start entering code.

Which model of switch are you referring to in 7150 ?

What is the current firmware running ?

Is the switch connected to UPS ?

Is the issue noticed only during power outtage ?
