How to set up ICX7150-C12-Switch for the first time?

I'm newbie. I have a ICX7150-C12-Switch and I have things that need POI ports. All the ports were working for 5 days and now they are not. What do I do? I need a flow chart or something that shows me the correct settings.

Do you have access to the CLI? Can you please issue:

show inline power detail

Depending on the code level ('show version' to check), you may need to enable POE on the interfaces with a command such as:

conf t

interface eth 1/1/1 to 1/1/12
