PC can't "see" router through ICX 7150 switch

Edit: Turns out the router was jacked into the out-of-band management port instead of one of the network ports. D'oh!

I've inherited an ICX 7150 (version 08.0.61aT211 (SPS08061a.bin)) as part of a rental unit. I factory reset the switch, disabled DHCP and (I think) DNS on the switch, and set the default gateway to the Router's IP address.

The network setup and connectivity looks like this:

ONT/Router <-eth-> ICX 7150 <-eth-> PC: PC can see switch, can't see router or internet
ICX 7150 <-eth-> ONT/Router <-wifi->PC: PC can see router, switch, and internet

The switch is misconfigured somehow and not sending traffic between connected devices. Any suggestions where to start first? Thanks
