    <description>&lt;P&gt;In your case,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;FCXS08010g.bin (switching image) is in primary flash and&amp;nbsp;FCXR08010g.bin (routing image) is in secondary flash. 'show flash' will *not* tell you what image your device is running. You need to issue 'show version' to get that information.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct. FCXS would denote switching image and FCXR would denote routing image. You can check 'show version' to see what is currently running. 'show flash' will give you the contents of both primary and secondary flash.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
