Hello Community,

can someone know if in the switch ICX7550-48P it is possible to connect one port 40G in stack and the other as uplink? and it is possible to use the breakout cable?

Hello,

It's absolutely possible to have one 40Gb port configured to stack and another 40Gb port to act as a 'standard' 40G up/downlink on your ICX 7550.

However it's not currently possible to stack and use breakout cables at the same time. This is a feature that we have been hoping to implement for a long-time but is not currently confirmed for a future release.
