A fast search on the support page gave this link.
The recommended firmware is 08.0.95d.
But the latest firmware is 09.0.10A

Hey there,

It would depend on the submodel of your 7150, but I would recommend 8090mc generally speaking. If you need 8095, then I would recommend 8095f. I would not recommend 9010 at this time as it is quite new.
