Question? Why so many switches?
If you have no control of the switches then how are you passing vlans across with different subnets?
What is doing your routing?
If it were me I would get rid of all of the switches except for the ICX so that you can configure things correctly. I will try and help you out but need a network diagram or a better explanation as to why all the switches and why different manufactures.

In Unleashed, WLAN Advanced Options, you can specify other than default VLAN 1.
So you could have on WLAN for VLAN1, and one WLAN for Other-VLAN.
Does your switch trunk both VLANs to your AP ports is the question?
Can you attach a PC to a switch port configured with Other-VLAN, and get a correct IP/subnet/def-gw from your DHCP router?
You'll need to check that you have both VLANs trunked to all your Unleashed AP ports.
