How to Fix Error 0x80004002 “No such interface supported” when I try to set up ZD1200?

Trying to run through quick set up guide on Windows 10 and have this problem. Have installed Java. Not sure why I can proceed. Would like to use this computer as admin but will switch to another if I must.

Tried on another PC which took me to the ZD sign in page. Admin name "admin" Password "admin" doesn't work! Does this mean that it's been changed by someone? I bought this mail order but it was new in the box. Is there any fix for this or do I need to return the unit and face mega delays in fixing my network.

Please ignore - I did a factory reset which solved the problem. Was sold this item as new but it clearly has been used before and someone had password protected it.
