ECCN and CCATS numbers needed for international shipping of Ruckus items from the US

Hi there. I have ordered an ICX 7150 12-P internet switch, ZD 1200, and R720 APs (WorldWide). The suppliers cannot give my shipping company any ECCN or CCAT numbers which are needed to export these items. Does Ruckus have a page with these codes? My only alternative is to return the items to vendors (who probably have a no returns policy). Many thanks.

Hi Abi - There is a re-seller website for Hong Kong. The address given is in an industrial area - not a retail outlet - and they don't answer their phones. Not really accessible to members of the public.

Actually the Zone Director seemed to ship fine so I just need the numbers for the switch and WAPs, if this is possible.

ECCN and CCATS numbers are the same for all APs so you can use what I provided above.
