as fair as i know, virtual fabric mode is a featurs available in VDX Switches.
But is probable I'm wrong here, for that reason you should waiting for answer of ICX expert.

as saied, such a fatures "vfm" on ICX Platform is unknown to me, for that reason I don't have any Link/URL
