I am looking for MTBF for the ICX7400-4X1GF and ICX7400-4X10GF SFPs moduleshours for the SFP modules in Ruckus Documentation, but, I can not find it!

ICX7400-4X1GF = 5,989,551 hours

ICX7400-4X10GF = 14,936,090 hours

MTBF data can be found on the datasheet or in the technical specification guide.
