I would gather the following for support to analyze:<BR /><BR />show tech<BR />dm save &lt;1-4&gt;<BR />supportsave all <TFTP-ADDR> /<BR /><BR />If unit 1 is no longer active (check in show stack), you will need to rconsole to gather dm saves. It would look like this:<BR /><BR />rconsole 1<BR />dm save &lt;1-4&gt;<BR /><BR />As for code, the 8030 stream is the most mature.
