    <description>You generally need to open a tac case for this. I would gather the following for support to analyze:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;show tech&lt;BR /&gt;dm save &amp;lt;1-4&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;supportsave all &lt;TFTP-ADDR&gt; /&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If unit 1 is no longer active (check in show stack), you will need to rconsole to gather dm saves. It would look like this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;rconsole 1&lt;BR /&gt;dm save &amp;lt;1-4&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As for code, the 8030 stream is the most mature. I would go with 8030s.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope that helps!&lt;/TFTP-ADDR&gt;</description>

      <description>ICX7750 randomly rebooted.&amp;nbsp; Standby took over.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway to see what caused the reboot?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also what is the recommended version to go to on this?&amp;nbsp; Currently at SWR08030a and boot is at 10.1.05T205</description>
